- Superior King or Twin Single Ocean View: CLP $123,000 + VAT
- Superior King or Twin Double Ocean View: CLP $133,000 + VAT
The rate includes:
- Buffet breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- Free Wi-Fi in rooms and public areas
- Access to the gym and swimming pool
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: until 12:00 PM

VAT Exemption for Foreign Guests
Foreigners who are not residents in Chile are exempt from paying VAT, provided they:
- Pay in US dollars or by credit card, and
- Present their passport and immigration documents at check-in.
Please note: This exemption does not apply to Chilean nationals or invoices issued to Chilean companies.
